Flash is a spaced-repetition flashcard service at flashmemorize.com.
The Free plan includes up to 1,000 cards with the full scheduler, web study, and AI/MCP voice study. Pro ($5/month or $40/year) removes the card limit. Complimentary accounts are granted at our discretion. Free-tier limits may change; we will not lower the limit under an existing account's current usage without notice.
You can export your full collection (Anki .apkg or CSV) at any time, on any plan, regardless of any limit. Studying cards you already have is never paywalled.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its Managed Payments (merchant of record) service; refunds and billing disputes are handled through it. Cancel any time — Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Flash is for studying. Your decks, cards, and any images or audio you upload are private to your account unless you share them: a share link shows a deck to anyone holding the URL, and publishing to the Community lists it publicly under your display name after we review it. Shared decks may be copied by other users; you keep whatever rights you have in the content and grant other users the right to copy and study it. You must have the right to share anything you share. Whether private or shared, you agree not to use the service to store or transmit:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. Repeat infringers are terminated.
If you believe material stored on Flash infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; enough information for us to locate the material (the account email or user id, if known); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We act on valid notices promptly and notify the affected account, which may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
To report any other violation of these terms, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. We review every report.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flash. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with the date; continuing to use Flash after a change means you accept it.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We do our best to keep it up and your data safe (including off-site backups), but you should keep exports of anything you can't afford to lose.
