Can I run it myself?
Yes. The server Flash runs on is open source under the AGPL, and it runs with one docker compose up. No plan, accounts you create yourself, your own hardware, card generation with your own model key. The hosted version is the same server plus signup, Google and Apple sign-in, the community library, and somebody else on call for it. How to self-host.
